WOOD BURNED ITEMS

Unfortunately, full refunds on these items will not be issued given the costs associated with the acquisition of materials. Live edge wood is especially costly, and given that we are a small home-based business, we cannot absorb this cost in its entirety.

We will happily provide you with the vast majority of your cost, if you are not happy with your design, however, all designs are first approved by you, our customer, prior to the piece being created.

Should you experience any difficulties with your stained glass piece, we would be happy to repair, replace or provide a full refund.
